You will be able to chat only with the models that have signed up for our phone chat feature. Also have in mind that apart from having this feature, the model should also be on line for phone chatting.

All our models that have the phone chat feature available are marked accordingly. There are additional buttons and a "Model is available for phone chat" message that will make them stand out from regular models, that do not have this option.

No. You can choose only one of the two features that XXX Live Cams has to offer.

In order to start phone chatting with one of our models, all you need to do is call 187 XXXX XXX and follow the simple steps that you are given. You will be required to enter your member ID and PIN and also the model's extension that you want to chat with. If additional help is needed, our menu offers the possibility to talk directly to our Customer Support that can guide you through the entire process.

The member ID is a number given to every member that is used to differentiate members from one another. You can find your member ID number on the site, once you are logged in. You can either click on "View your member details" or simply see the number displayed in the pop-up window that appears once trying to make the call.

If you do not enter the PIN or ID number correctly from the first time you will be automatically returned to the previous step where you can reenter the numbers. If you fail entering the correct number for more than three times you will be redirected to our help center, where you will get immediate assistance.

The model extension is a number that helps you pick out a certain model that you want to phone chat with. Each model has this extension number displayed next to her thumbnail and on her profile page.

We have included this option to make the phone calling process even more simple than it already is. We call you and set up the conversation with the desired model. It's faster, very comfortable and for all our Non-U.S. members the usual international phone call charge is avoided this way.

There are no cost differences between the two ways of contacting the model as they are both free of charge. However, for Non-U.S. members that decide to make the call themselves, there is the regular international phone call charge that my occur. If they leave the calling to us, this charge is avoided.

If the model that you have chosen is not on line you will be returned to the previous step where you can choose any other available model. There is no need to hang off the phone.

No. Charging begins only once you have been connected directly to the model. There are no costs apart from the international phone call charge that my occur for Non-U.S. members.

If you are already out of credits before contacting the model, the system will automatically direct you to our credit purchasing menu where you can recharge with 30 or 50 credits. If you run out of credits while talking to the model, you also have the possibility to buy more credits from the same credit purchasing menu. During your recharge, the model you were talking with will receive a message announcing that you are currently buying more credits and the session will be paused until the recharge is done.

Yes. You can either buy more credits from the credit purchasing menu before choosing the model you want to call or you can recharge with more credits once you have exhausted all of them during the phone chat. The model will be announced that you are recharging and she will be on hold waiting for you to reenter the phone chat session.

If you do not have a specific model you want to chat with, the menu offers you the possibility to choose random male or random female. This means that the system will randomly select a model for you while still offering you the possibility to select the gender of the model accordingly to your sexual orientation. You have the option to hear a short intro with the model's voice, connect with the model or choose another model that suits you better.
